Our Brewery

We began our journey in 2016, brewing beer in the basement of our flagship venue, Three Wise Monkeys Colchester.

In 2022, we expanded our operation into the historic Jack’s building next door, which really got things moving for us.

Head brewer Aaron drives production, logistics and management of all things Other Monkey Brewing. Technical brewer Tim runs the day to day brewing on our state of the art 5-hectolitre brewery and fermentation vessels.

Situated at 5-6 St Nicholas Street Colchester, we produce a range of craft ales and lager, proudly served in our accompanying tap room, as well as local pubs and restaurants.
